Prices and Payment

All prices on our website include 25% VAT and are listed in Danish kroner (DKK).

 

When you shop at JK-knivmaterialer, you can pay using MobilePay as well as the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), China UnionPay, JCB, Diners Club, Cartes Bancaires, Discover, and Visa Electron.

 

No payment fees are charged for credit card payments. Please note that payment for your order will only be charged to your account once the goods have been dispatched. We will never charge more than the amount you approved at checkout.

Delivery within Denmark

We estimate a delivery time of 5–7 business days from the date we receive your order. During periods of exceptionally high demand, delivery times may be longer.

​

Orders are shipped to a parcel shop via DAO, PostNord, GLS, or UPS.

​

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Delivery costs DKK 59. Orders over DKK 2,000 qualify for free shipping.

If you choose to collect your order, please contact us by phone at +45 27 29 06 93 to arrange a pickup time.

Orders must be collected within 10 business days. After this period, the order will be cancelled and the products will be made available for sale again.

International Delivery

For deliveries outside Denmark, the customer always pays the shipping costs.

Shipping is a flat rate of DKK 175 regardless of weight. Orders over DKK 5,000 qualify for free shipping.

Return Policy

When you shop at JK-knivmaterialer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

If you cancel your purchase within this period, we will refund the purchase price of the item. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, it will be extended to the next business day.

The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.

Important Return Information

• The item must be securely packaged, as you are responsible for it until we receive it.

• You must be able to document that the item has been returned, for example by keeping your postal receipt and any tracking number.

• The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

• We recommend returning the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during transport.

Uncollected Parcels

If you fail to collect your parcel from the pickup point and it is returned to JK-knivmaterialer, you will be charged the actual return shipping costs charged to us by the carrier.

 

If you would like the parcel to be shipped again, you must pay for the new shipment.

 

If we receive an uncollected return parcel, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be treated as a cancellation, and we will refund your payment less the actual return shipping costs.

 

 

 

 

Complaints and Warranty

You have a two-year right to make a complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the problem and, if possible, photographs. If your claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.

 

 

 

 

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, price changes, technical errors, and out-of-stock items. JK-knivmaterialer.dk cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
