In addition to offering a wide selection of quality materials for knife making, I now travel all over Denmark to hold courses and present my materials directly to you consumers. Regardless of whether you are a private person, part of an association or a group, I am happy to come to you.

My courses are adapted to both beginners and experienced knife makers. I guide you through the entire process, from choosing materials to completing your own knives.

On the course, I will pass on tips and tricks that I have learned over the years, and I am always open to learning something new from you.

I come to you in your own premises and bring all the necessary materials and tools.

I now offer the opportunity to display my materials directly with you. I come to you with a wide selection of mammoth, blades, handle materials, tools etc. During the demonstration, you can see and touch the materials, get personal advice and find the best products for your projects. As an experienced knife maker, I will answer your questions and share my expertise.

Who will you get out to you

My name is Karsten Ryan Larsen, born in 1968, and I am the owner of JK-Knivmaterialer. Since 2010 I have been producing unique, handmade knives of the highest quality.

I am a member of the Danish, Swedish and Norwegian Knife Association, and sit on the board at both Viborg and Stoholm Knivklub. You can see some of my knives at K. Ryan Larsen Knives .

For the past two years, I have taught young people and held courses for both beginners and experienced people. I look forward to getting out there and sharing my experience with you as well as helping you build your own knife.
